Meatless Lasagna and 70's Toys

So Yeah... I am constantly hungry right now and we MUST nip this in the bud!!  Nip it I say!  Low carb is a great way to get rid of cravings however... at first it is hard going through detox!     Tonight I am going to show you a little about low carb and I also have an amazing video on how to make meatless lasagna.  No noodles but they say the cheese makes you think of noodles... we will see.




Many of you know that in the past I lost 105 pounds on this method.   The trick is to delete the following from your diet strictly for the first 2 weeks.  After that you can eat some carbs as long as you stay at 2 NET Carbs.  More on that soon.

Delete these items for the first two weeks.... it's going to be HARD

  • potatoes
  • all grains (flour, bread, rice, wheat, pasta.. ect and so forth)
  • NO sugar
READ LABELS!

What is NET Carbs?    Take the total Carbohydrates and subtract the Dietary Fiber.  What is left over is your NET Carbs.

If you see something called Sugar Alcohol, then subtract that as well.  (notice that this label says sugars... do NOT subtract that.


And there you have it...  try to keep 20 or under carbs a day and the weight will melt off.  UP YOUR FAT.  You want to be low carb high fat.  Why?  Because your body will no longer be using carbohydrates for fuel.  It will now how to find something else to burn and you certainly don't want it to be burning MUSCLE!  Up your fat, your body will burn it off and OUT from the inside.. It doesn't make so much sense huh?  Well take it from me, it works!
